Paul Andrejcso was born in Jasov, which was part of the Hungarian Empire before the second World War. His father was Jasov’s mayor for 20 years. He departed for America and arrived ten days later in 1912, after which he became a farmer. He also bought a piece of land in Kusin for his son (Michael Andrews), which was submerged after a dam was built. In 1918, he died of neuritis or pneumonia, possibly during an epidemic. He is buried in Mongohelia, PA.
